Where do we deliver?
We deliver to the address provided during the ordering process. Please ensure that the address is correct and complete to avoid delays in your order delivery.

Delivery fees are calculated based on your geographic location and selected delivery method during checkout.
When will we deliver your products?
We will deliver your products as soon as reasonably possible. Below is the general delivery time frame:
- France Delivery : Estimated delivery time is 2-5 business days (subject to the carrier’s terms and conditions).
- International Delivery : Estimated delivery time is 2-5 business days (subject to the carrier’s terms and conditions).
Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on factors such as your location or external circumstances beyond our control.
Delays Beyond Our Control
In the event of any delivery delays due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather conditions, customs delays), we will notify you and take necessary steps to minimize the impact. However, we cannot be held responsible for delays outside of our control. If there is a significant delay, you may contact us to cancel your order and receive a refund for any products that have not been delivered.
If You Are Not at Home During Delivery
If no one is available to receive the products and they cannot be left in your mailbox, please track your package using the tracking number provided. If necessary, your package may be redirected to an access point for collection.
Failed Delivery Attempts
If we cannot deliver your products or if you do not pick up your package from an access point within the specified time (5-7 days, depending on the carrier), your order will be returned to us. In this case, we will cancel the order and issue a refund for the products, minus any applicable shipping costs.
When Do You Own the Products?
You take full responsibility for the products once we have successfully delivered them to the address you provided. The risk of loss or damage to the product passes to you upon delivery. If no claim is made within three days of delivery, the product is considered accepted by you.
Returns & Exchanges
At ZAAMAN, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return a product, please review our policy below.
Right of Withdrawal
- If you change your mind, you have the right to return your products within 14 days of receiving them. This is subject to the condition that the products are returned in their original, unused condition and packaging.
- If the product is defective, you may have the legal right to terminate the contract and request a replacement or a refund as per the Consumer Code.
How to Return Products

Refunds
- If the product is returned in its original condition, we will refund you the full purchase price minus the return shipping costs.
- If the product is returned damaged or used, we reserve the right to refuse a refund. In such cases, you may request that the product be sent back to you at your expense.
- Refunds will be issued via bank transfer once the returned products are received and inspected.
Exceptions
- Non-Exchangeable Products: Please note that we do not offer exchanges for products. If you change your mind about a product, you can return it for a refund.
- Damaged or Defective Products: If your product is damaged or defective, please notify us within 3 days of receiving it. We will assess the situation and, depending on the issue, offer you a refund, repair, or replacement. Return shipping costs will be covered by us in such cases.
Immediate Refunds
Refunds will be issued promptly in the following cases:
- We notified you of a price or product description error and you choose not to proceed with the purchase.
- There is a significant delay in the delivery of your product due to events beyond our control.
